Important Clarification: Shiksolve Education LLP is not the official administrative body, university senate, or examination board of Lovely Professional University. All academic admissions, verification of candidate credentials, examinations, curriculum updates, and degree awards remain under the sole jurisdiction and statutory entitlement of Lovely Professional University and UGC regulations.
3. User Submissions & Consent
When submitting an inquiry or application through our portal, you agree that:
- All personal details, contact numbers, educational qualifications, and background information you provide are authentic and accurate.
- You consent to being contacted by Shiksolve Education LLP academic counselors and Lovely Professional University representatives via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email for admission counseling and enrollment support.
- We do not charge candidates any unauthorized processing fees or cash payments for academic counseling.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All university logos, trade names, accreditation badges, and course titles displayed on this portal are the intellectual property and trademarks of their respective owners, including Lovely Professional University and statutory regulatory bodies (UGC, AICTE, NAAC, DEB). Website content, design layout, and text provided by Shiksolve Education LLP are protected by copyright laws.

- No Unconditional Placement Guarantees: While LPU Online provides structured placement assistance and career services, Shiksolve Education LLP does not promise or guarantee unconditional 100% job placements or specific salary packages.
- Fee & Curriculum Changes: University tuition fees, semester schedules, and examination guidelines are set directly by Lovely Professional University and may be updated in accordance with statutory guidelines.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms or services provided by Shiksolve Education LLP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
