Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Fee Payment Transparency
Shiksolve Education LLP operates as an authorized channel marketing and counseling partner for Lovely Professional University (LPU) Online Programs. We provide free educational counseling and admission application support.
Direct Payment to University: All program tuition fees, examination fees, and registration amounts are deposited directly into Lovely Professional University's designated official bank accounts or secure university payment gateways. Shiksolve Education LLP does not collect or retain tuition fees in private bank accounts.
2. Academic Fee Refund & Cancellation Rules
All requests for admission withdrawal, program cancellation, and fee refunds are governed strictly by the Official Refund Policy of Lovely Professional University and the statutory guidelines laid down by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Refund percentages and eligibility depend on the date of formal cancellation request submission relative to the university's notified admission closing date.
- Registration/Processing charges may be deducted by the university as per applicable UGC norms.
- Approved refunds are processed and disbursed directly by Lovely Professional University into the candidate's original source bank account.
3. How to Initiate a Withdrawal or Refund Request
Candidates who wish to request admission cancellation or a refund of fees should follow these steps:
- Submit a formal withdrawal request on the official Lovely Professional University student portal (LMS / UMS).
- You may also notify your assigned Shiksolve Education LLP counselor or email info@shiksolve.com with your Application / Registration ID for guidance through the university withdrawal process.
